Never a complaint coming here to the urgent care. I was in with the doctor within 20 minutes and he spent ample time with me and was a really good listener. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone…
RecommendedI was greeted with a smile and sincere warmth from the check in reps. They got my insurance info quickly and had me in to see the doctor within 15 minutes. The nurse and doctor were very caring and kind and had me in and out of there in ample time so I could go back home to rest. They called in my prescription right away and everyone at sharp gave me a great experience.
I really like the self-checkins. I killed 3 birds in one stone without driving anywhere...got a flu shot, physical check up, and picked up my prescription.

I went for a fasting blood test this morning, but the doc had not submitted the paperwork. Now this has happened to me in the past and I was directed to call the doc and reschedule at a later date — a major inconvenience. BUT not this time! Josephine at the front desk made the phone call, got the papers and had me in right on time. I thanked her and she told me that first impressions are most important. Yes! Thanks again Josephine!
