We are very impressed with everyone who works in this urgent care! I would never hesitate to go there when in need. Both my husband and I had needs and both of us left with our needs taken care of by people who cared!
It was my first visit to the RB Sharp Urgent Care facility. Although I experienced a 35 minute wait (it was Saturday) I found the staff friendly, and the provider was an experienced doctor, not a young Nurse Practitioner. I felt the medical advice given was sound, and the facility was large and well staffed. I might start visiting this location vs the USCD facility, which is smaller, lightly staffed and typically only offers Nurses Practitioners as providers.
Very smooth and efficient operation by all involved. Dr. Lovell was very thorough and caring too!
Good experience at Urgent Care this morning - got in right away and they addressed all my concerns.
