The most immature, rude, unorganized, biased, dysfunctional property management company I have ever walked into. I urge someone to walk in there and ask for an exact equation they use to make a decision on applicants. They won't give you one, because they don't have one. They base it on how they are feeling that day. I've worked in Property Management for 10+ years in various cities - large and small - and I am severely appalled. Do not rent from Sharp they evicted me because of discriminating my disability and there is repair work that they never got done in my apartment.
