WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS EVER. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I AM HOMELESS DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND APATHY. We put in an application on the 3rd of the month and they jerked us around for 4 weeks before rejecting us. They rented out 2 places from under us which prolonged the application process, but honestly I have no idea how an application would take 4 weeks regardless. Went in three different times to get info on renting a place and had to sit and wait while "the pregnant one" joked and laughed with two others about how she gets to put the blame for mistakes on her "personal assistant" a new girl. She didn't even bother to quit her snide laughter when she finally got around to asking what I wanted. She could not or would not give me a realistic time frame on when I may hear back from them. Scammers like Megan and Nicole at Sharp Property Management work the bait and switch. Megan told us if we were not selected for the rental property then our money would be returned. When Nicole called to inform me the property was rented to other applicants she became hostile when I asked for money deposit back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY because these scammers take many deposits for each property to line their own pockets. Total Ripoff from liars, which I'm reporting to the Chamber of Commerce in Longview WA

I was hesitant in trusting reviews for this place. No, they don't rip you off with application fees. They are the cheapest I've seen. They also have a friendly staff, at least until you delve into the application process. That's precisely where things changed. Full disclosure, we had a baby last year, and my girlfriend had complications. She was out of work for a substantial amount of time, and i also missed enough throughout that it did affect my rent. These people are slumlords. Nothing will ever be fixed even if it is a health hazard. They left an open hole leaking sewage in the communal laundry room for years. When you call them they give you nothing but attitude and apathy. When you try to move out they will nickel and dime you on things they haven’t fixed. Do not rent from these people. They run a corrupt business and take advantage of people.

Do not rent from Sharp they evicted me because of discriminating my disability and there is repair work that they never got done in my apartment.

My first and worst experience with a property management. I called about a property and waited on hold for 7 mins. Finally an extremely rude woman answered and stated "we do not have time to go over properties on the phone" so I went into their office . As I walked in i was ignored while all the women working there were making fun of a man that had just walked out. All of them laughing. I think Sherry T is correct I wouldn't give sharp the time of day,the rude employees make you wanna puke, you walk in no smiles just a bunch of over weight women stuffing there faces
