I had to have a battery replacement, after about 3 yrs, and A young lady named Jessica, talked to me and she was great, I not only got my battery, but I still had some warranty on the last and she applied everything and justade my day!! not only that, but there was recall on my door latches, and she had them to take care of that whole it was there, saving me and them a large amount of time, Jessica is a big asset to your company. she treated me like a friend!
Jess the Service Manager was very nice and professional. Everyone was very helpful and I'm very pleased with my new transmission. Kudos to the service dept.

Jake Hobbs (Sales man) doesn't bull sh t around with price and availability. He always tells it like it is and does what he says. He is the kind of person that all sales men should be. I've been going to him for many years now and he is still the same guy he was 20 years ago when I made my first buy from him. Happy to have some one close to home that will treat you like a friend and not just a customer.
When I was about to test drive my Jeep, I asked Ty Garrett if there were any problems with the vehicle, I was told no and that the vehicle was very clean. I then looked down and saw a piece of an earring, a red crayon and hair between the seat and center console as well as a VERY dirty cup holder. I should have left the lot then, but was in a rush to get a vehicle by the next day, so I purchased the Jeep anyways after requesting they clean it.
