I took my 2019 RAM to Sharp for an intermittent Radio problem. Service Advisor JOHN met me at the door, took all my info, and got a tech to look at the truck. They could not duplicate the problem, but advised replacing the radio. When a replacement became available, I made an appointment, took the truck back and they repaired it in short order. John kept me advised the entire time, and now I can enjoy my new Radio. Thank you John!
