In August 2019 Sharp changed an engine in my 2016 Ford Explorer that was in warranty. I went out of my way (twice) to ensure that they had all the car rental agreement papers so that they could file a claim to reimburse me for the rentals. They did not file them and today Ford has called to tell me that although they finally received the claim, they will not pay all of it because the claim was filed so late. I have bought several work trucks from Sharp. All trades were done over the phone and took less than 30 minutes. Jackie Hobbs has always taken care of my needs.

Make sure all tools are removed off vehicle before returning to customer when you tell a customer their vehicle will be ready be dam sure its ready costly repairs for complete disregards to customers safety
