Service Department Great Fast
My daughter and her family were visiting us when they experienced car trouble. Sharp was very helpful and made their vehicle a priority so they could travel again safely. We have worked with Sharp frequently for many years. This same attitude has always been our experience.
Kenny was personable and easy to work with. Unlike very other dealership I've been to over the years, Sharp didn't keep me waiting during the purchase process. I bought a car within an hour and think they gave me a far price. The sales manager, Doug, was very nice as well. I would definitely buy from them again
Kept my vehicle over 6 weeks before I got it back. Every time I called to check on it they had a different lie. It was always its next line and should be in shop within the next 30 minutes or both our technicians called in sick but yours is first in line tomorrow. Then got to where they wouldn’t return my calls so I would have to go there to find out what was going on. This was 3rd time I’ve used them and will be the last. The other 2 times they didn’t even fix the car just reset the codes.
