We had two recalls on our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica we brought it to your service on October 17th to be fixed and after asking for a drive out vehicle while it was being repaired we were informed you don't have any. my question to you is do you let employees and salesmen drive your vehicles around and even home overnight; if you do why was there not a loaner vehicle available for us? We have bought new vehicles from you in the past and at lease 15 new vehicles over the years.

Horrible business practices. I'm a struggling college student and also work full time. I was extremely blessed and thankful when I was received a call from there sales manager saying I had won a pedal car from the Lawrenceburg Fair. I had let the salesman know it would little before I could pick it up. When I called again saying I could come get it the salesman said it had been 2 weeks and they GAVE IT AWAY, without calling me or anything. traded cars. salesman told us different price. When we done the paperwork we found out different. they would not fix their mistakes. treated my wife like someone who didn't know anything. will not ever buy from them again. Sorry bunch of people.
Lost my key and had to get a replacement and programming. Super service!!
