Reason of 4 out of 5 you ask ? The staff is great (nurses, doctors etc) but the kitchen staff needs improvement. My wife is getting induced, and the doc put her on regular diet after 18 hrs of liquid diet. When we ordered food it took almost 3hrs for the meal to arrive. Even though the nurses were also calling them to express deliver it because my wife needed to take a new med to help induce. When she got her meal, they didn't even bother to apologize to her for the delay. KITCHEN NEEDS IMPROVEMENT !!!
Loved this hospital. If I have any more babies I want to have them here!
