Just amazing! Staff was great, the facilities could use some work. We had the hot side ( sunny side ) of the building. The sun renders the A/C useless :( also the water pressure in the shower was very low. But a great experience over all - even in the NICU.

I only gave a 4 star review as there is always room for growth. However, i feel that this hospital staff communicated clearly, knew what needed to occur and they were right on time with the mommy/baby monitoring. This is a specialty hospital and san diegos largest birthing center, so they are the best trained and experienced for births! I highly recommend Mary Birch for all your delivery needs. Worst service except for the nurse, they doubted on giving me service, seems that they were short in staff, didn't see the doctor at all, didn't want me to do an ultrasound, I didn't felt any care, seems that they want to see pregnant woman bleeding and with a lot of pain so they can take care of you.. Zero of sensitivity from a woman hospital..Too bad �
