1.7.18 WORST FIRST BABY DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER 5am wake up from blood with what looks like mucus plug- concern for blood, immediate visit to triage 6am, waited 1-2 hours to be examined and informed 2-3 cm;; stating to walk for 2 hours around main hospital even though strict regulations on visitors with the flu season, and despite the fact that it’s cold outside. This hospital is garbage. A baby making factory. The whole delivery experience was extremely terrible. My wife was literally monitoring her own delivery when our baby heart rate drop twice after she received the epidural. Nurses were eating it until someone snapped at them. Lactation consultant? Incompetence and beyond. She didn't notice that the baby had tongue tied and literally unsynchronized the whole breast feed process or our baby until we hired a lactation consultant of our own. This hospital is ridiculous!! The staff here appear to be uneducated, lack organization, communication, and customer service skills. After waiting 3 hours from registration they finally came out to let us know they were running behind then seemed to not be organized as they didn't have any information on what procedures they were doing on my mother (how reassuring). Another hour and a half later the nurse or aide came to get her and offered no information to the family as to how long the procedure would take or if we could g... read more

Amazing care facility! We were from out of town when my daughter fell and broke her arm. It just happened to be the closest urgent care we googled. We received great treatment from a wonderful staff of receptionists, doctors and nurses, who were all so kind and attentive. I wish our clinics back home were at such standards. We usually wait 2-4 hours back home- this was so quick and such quality care! Everyone was so caring and accommodating! Thank you!
