Dr Sharon is a great doctor, however her staff is incompetent. It’s been 6 months now I am back and forth trying to get a prior authorization completed. Multiple times it’s been submitted incorrectly. Don’t bother calling to get anything done they promise to call back and never do. Before writing this negative review I made the decision to make a final attempt. I scheduled a visit just get it done, paid a copayment just to follow up on asking about my authorization . She and her office are grossly inefficient. Superficially polite but no-one ever returns your calls. You could have a serious ailment and die waiting for pertinent information. Perhaps in the past she was good. Now she keeps you waiting forever, in the office and with regard to returning a call.
