I went there for pain in one side of my mouth did xrays and only looked at the opposite side of my mouth.

This is an horrible dentist. She is a ripped off. I went their because I was in pain, then they come out with a Dental Plan, saying a root canal and I needed a crown that cost 1,323.00. I asked them what would be my part, and she said oh our insurance personnel is here, but we can do it today for 801.00. I went out to call my insurance plan and they told me your part be between 150 to 255. I confronted them and told me that they dont do the insurancencrowns because it is unethical. No a liar!!!!

I am completing this recommendation at the request of my brother, who is not computer savvy, is disabled, and lives in a ALS here in Jacksonville. He needed dental care and did not know who to see. The ALS where he lives referred Dr. Anand. He had an amazing visit yesterday at his appointment with Dr. Anand. In his own words, " the treatment was "outstanding" and he "did not want to leave". He highly recommends Dr. Anand to anyone needing dentistry work.

TERRIBLE - Scamming office. My mother who is disabled was taken advantage of. Was told her insurance would cover the treatment, except for $100 deep cleaning, scam, and then before treatment was complete, Tina the office assistant called to tell me we owed another $800+ in order to complete. She said we could set up a payment plan as if it is normal to do this to customers. BAIT AND SWITCH. Now my mother is missing teeth, is in severe pain, and all of her insurance is used up. STAY AWAY! BAD

Unfortunately I made an appointment with this dentist without reading any reviews. By far THE WORST place ever. Run away!!!

Very friendly and professional staff who cares about your time and does not have you waiting forever. they also don't try to upcharge you for things you do not need and I appreciate that.

I unfortunately have very bad teeth and have very little enamel due to a medical issue. I have talked to many dentists through the years. Several made me very uncomfortable through judgmental remarks when they saw my weak enamel. Dr. Anand was a God send! Her and her staff have never once made me feel bad about my teeth. Dr. Anand is solution oriented and came up with a plan of action! I am on my way to better health for my teeth thanks to her and her staff!

Bad experience starting from April 6, 2016 to August 3, 2016 with my denture doesn't fit i i asked person that answer phone located at 1601 San Marco that she was in charge and she told me in order to get my Denture corrected that she called the lab and that i would have to pay $ 800.00 out of my pocket August 22, 2016. I don't have that kind of money i am on Disability i am not happy can barely close my mouth or talk can't eat have to take them out in front of family and friends.
