I’ve always liked Dr. Anand and her office staff
Very friendly and knowledgeable
The staff were great, however the instruments used for X-rays hurt my mouth tremendously. I’ve had X-rays down numerous times at other density’s offices and I never had such a problem getting the images with my bite. We had to try several times, scarring the bottom of my mouth. It’s been red now a few days and is irritated. I would update equipment to accommodate smaller mouths.
This has nothing to do with the actual dentist as I did not get a chance to have my "scheduled" appointment. I made my appointment back in December after my last visit to come again, after getting numerous reminders via email and text when i showed up today there was no appointment for my name. The staff was no help in asking if I could come back later that day, willing to wait, or even scheduling a new appointment. This was one of the poorest experiences I have ever had with a service team.
You cannot speak to an office manager or billing person. They're rude, unprofessional and will bill you multiple times for the same thing or for services not provided and without explanation send you to collections.
I have already recommended Dr Anand to my family. My first time visiting the office was so stress free and comfortable. I am a new fan.

Dr. Anand is excellent, compassionate Dentist. She explains procedure in detail and alleviate Anxiety. Will sure recommend her to friends and family.She saw me at short notice due to emergency.
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their craft!! The young lady that performed my cleaning was very good. She even took the time to teach me about the proper way to brush and clean my teeth. It is a rarity, but the experience was pleasurable and efficient. What a great afternoon to spend the morning LOL !!
