the approach of office staff is friendly, but they have a tendency not to listen to what the patient shares with them. Then the replies to concerns seem very dismissive as if they are the dental experts and your just a patient who doesn't know anything. Some explanations that I received just didn't make sense. When I shared concern about services or products her personality turned short and non-friendly.
