Still have questions. I specifically asked for an appt where I could talk to her face to face. Was a problem. Did not happen. Cut me off on the phone so I couldn't even ask 1 question
I would avoid this dentist office at all costs. Our minor child went in and was coerced into signing an Invisalign agreement form. As stated on the form it requires a parental or guardian signature. The office immediately processed the form anyway without proper agreement and billed our insurance company and we are now in a dispute over services that were never properly agreed to or performed. She was great. I will definitely be going back there.
I had an awesome experience, the provider and dental hygienist were both extremely proficient and effective at their jobs. Did a good job of mixing in some humor, and establishing a great clinical environment during my care.

We had our first visit and I was running late so I called ahead to let them know ahead of time but regardless of running behind everyone was so friendly. The kids loved the staff & said they definitely want to come back! I highly recommend this office!
From the moment I walked in until the time I left all I was told was how much money I would pay for dental work and not what I came in for which was a cleaning and x-rays which Blue Cross covered but no all I was pressured into doing was signing a release for about $800 in work like I was some sort of fool
