Big Burritos – If you're in the mood for a "big burrito" then this is your place. Try the grilled shrimp burrito - oven baked. The food here is always fresh and although you sometimes have to wait a little longer than you'd like, the payoff is always nice. If you like Baja Fresh, you'll like Sharky's.
Great burritos! – Had lunch there several times. There is usually a short wait, but it is well worth it. Their burritos are moist and chewy. A nice place to go for a quick bite at lunch!
Organic Fast Food – If there is such a thing as healthy fast-food this is a good choice. The Sharkey's Burrito is an excellent choice with the "Hot Sauce" to top it off. This may look like a fast-food stop, however, be prepared to wait as it is very busy. I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. Good size protions for a reasonable price.
Good Mexican Food – They don't compare to Poquito Mas or La Salsa, but they're still good at what they do and much better for you than most Mexican restaurants in LA. The one thing they've got down to a science are the chicken enchiladas (none of the other fresh Mex chains have figured this one out). The green sauce is delicious. Good lunch spot – Tasty lunch spot that provides good food and BIG portions... arrive with an appetite. The place can get crowded, so be prepared for a possible wait. If your wanted by the law- don't go, seems to be a policeman's hang-out!
Give yourself some time – The shrimp burritos are delish, except they skimp a bit on the actual shrimp. Service can be spotty especially during the busy lunch hours.
Muy Deliciosa – Love the chicken burritos, they're loaded with marinated chicken, black beans, rice and cheese. The only bummer is the chips; they're seasoned with an odd-tasting lime essence. But that doesn't seem to bother the cops who like to hang out here for lunch.
