today was the last straw!! Amy gave a terrible experiemce and an even worse haircut! In response to my son crying when she yanked out knots, she pulled harder. As he continued to cry, she just gave up and stopped cutting his hair. When we left, his hair was uneven, untrimmed and had no layers that I had requested. No one at the place seemed to care that his hair looked awful! Thank goodness I was able to take him to a real stylist to give his hair. Totally Not worth 26 dollars!!!! Worst experience ever!!

RecommendedI was so nervous about taking our son for his first haircut at almost 15 months. Yesterday evening the appointment came and when we arrived everyone there was so wonderful and welcoming. I cant say enough about how phenomenal Elisha was with our little one. She sang to him and kept his attention away from what was really going on. :) No fuss, no tears. . . perfect cut. All of the staff made this such a special experience. We will be back 💓
After NUMEROUS bad hair cuts today my son came home from his father's house with a cut that I can only surmise was done by a toddler. He has literal chunks missing, a bald patch on the side of his head and everything is completely uneven, not faded or blended at all. I honestly cannot believe anyone would pay money for this abomination.
