Brought my son in for his first haircut for his birthday yesterday and had a wonderful experience. He was afraid of the haircut "hurting" and the staff went over and above to give him options and distractions so that we could get his haircut done for him. He had been really excited up to that point and after getting over the initial fear he sat and enjoyed all the distractions and the show on the TV and got a very cute new cut that he loves.
