This review is mainly for MIMI. We have never dealt with her before. Usually we have Christina or Lisa. My son has a strong Cow lick in the back of his hair that no one has an issue cutting. How ever today of all days my husband takes him in and we get Mimi. She SHAVED his cow lick off and his hair is completely uneven in the back. Although Mimi stated she knew what she was doing obviously she did not. My son has picture day next Thursday! How is this going to look good now!? Pictures are attached for proof.

RecommendedGreat staff! They really try to make it a good experience for the child. They have seats that are cars the kids sit in and they have toys, and books. Highly recommend this location!
