I would not recommend working with Bart Cox at Shark Realty. My experience was extremely disappointing.. he was unprofessional, lacked transparency, and showed no integrity throughout the process. Clear communication and honesty are the basics in real estate, but those were completely missing here. If you’re looking for someone reliable and trustworthy, I suggest going elsewhere. Bart, if you'd quit smoking and yelling ROLL TIDE YOU'D remember me

Beware of Shark Realty and Bart Cox. This guy lacks integrity. If you ask for a survey he talks to neighbors and comments "who cares about a survey". He recently sold a lot for $160,000 in Sandy Acres which sat on market for years and had received previous offers of $210,000 and $215,000 but due to his incompetence cost his seller thousands of dollars.
