Friendliest staff, best managers, great food! Every time I go, I'm greeted with friendly banter and great service.
Have always had good experiences here. Service has always been great. The food isn't AMAZING (which is why I docked one star) but it is good and consistent. I can always rely on Shari's for a pleasant late night dinner or a lazy Sunday morning breakfast.
I wasn't happy the last time I was there. A friend told me to try Elmer's next door. So I did. It was much better food and service.
We don't expect perfect service for a late night trip for food, but if you're a server and you use the excuse we got busy when you're standing chatting with another server and the manager at another table while in our sight line for over five minutes while we've had time to decide on what to eat before you've even taken our drink order, you're doing it wrong.
I think it is a very good place to eat if you have alot of time and patience!!! It is sadly understaffed at all times day and night. When you finally get to eat you are more than ready!!! Poor management doesn't help out or higher enough help
The worst service and even worse food. Our salad had rotten pieces in it and the waitress brought it out w/our food. She was rude and had milkshake splashes all over her blouse. I am not usually a complainer, however on this occasion I pointed out the slimy salad and the waitress just shrugged us off! We will never go back!
