Although the newly remodeled Shari’s is great looking the service was lack luster and the food wasn’t the best only reason we went because it was Pi Day.
We had an excellent waitress!! The service was quick, friendly and the food was awesome!!
Poor customer service. Waitress was disrespectful and rude when asking for ID.
I would give this zero stars if that were an option. We have been here twice, each time we were slow to be greeted, the server was slow to take our order and we then waited a long time to order for our food, which was cold. I can cook better myself at home, but I was paying for the "convenience" of taking my two kids to dinner and not having to cook. This wasn't convenient at all. I have been here three times and each time has been wonderful. I have had Cherita and Sal as servers, and they both were attentive and made sure that our parties were happy. Despite having multiple tables, they were able to give all patrons great service. The food was delicious. There was a great variety to choose from.
Good breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. Service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the price. Its moderately higher than I'd normally pay for an equal breakfast experience....
