I will NEVER eat here again! 30 minutes to get coffee. Had to look at a table full of dirty dishes while we ate. Overheard the man seated behind us ask for his order three times. Customer service at its worst!!!
We were there tonight with 2 of our grandchildren don't think I have every had such bad service. The food was cold, tasted even worse, one grandson felt sick after trying to eat the fish. We waited 40 plus minutes for food that was cold. Seemed to take forever to give our order, they were expecting a group of about 80 which arrived and they got busy with them forgetting the customers already there. We left most of the food uneaten no tip.
When not busy, they time you out and tell you to leave. I never even had a chance for pie. Free refills on soda meant only 1. I guess they don't want my business anymore.
Service was VERY slow, food wan't cooked to order... Cheese on our food had already cooled and hardened from sitting somewhere too long. None of the food was above barely luke warm... anything that was supposed to be hot was warm and everything that should have been cold was warm. Several other customers showed up after us and had eaten and left before we were even served food.
