I like shari's restaurant and the food is yummy. the service was slow and took forever to get our food. I would usually expect a bit longer for homemade food but tonight's service was slower than reasonable considering the restaurant was about 25 percent occupied.

Today was my sisters 16th Birthday, & it’s also been another year without our dad(who passed in 2005)& step dad(who passed in 2012) which meant another year my sister didn’t have either of our dads, So I asked the waitresses if they’d do me this big favor for my sister, & right before our food was served, three beautiful amazing waitresses came out with a rose each & birthday card I bought, presented it to my sister & wished her a Happy Birthday. My husband and I went on a Saturday night with our 3 kids. The restaurant wasn't that busy, still we were seated right away. Our server was Rene, she was very busy but was at our table every few minutes making sure we had what we needed. She was so nice to the kids, didn't get impatient that they had trouble deciding what to order, and was extra nice to put forks and knives and wet naps in our to go bag. We went in tonight, a Friday night, during dinner rush. They were really busy. We had the most amazing server, Renee. She was being run ragged and helping everyone, yet still managed to remember our special requests and keep our drinks topped off. The food was great, but the service was perfect. Thanks Renee!

Was at Shari's on July the 4th, Was seated right away, but as we waited for over 40 minutes, for our food that never arrived, we watched our waitress pick up 2 plates of pancakes from the pass thru window, and take them to the microwave and blast each plate for about 1 - 2 minutes, then walk the food to a table very close to us. If you have food that has waited Sooo long in the window and then have to microwave it, then just have the food remade. The pies are the bomb, breakfast is good too, my son works there
Horrible food!!! My daughter's food was cold. Her strawberry lemonade tasted like carbonated water with strawberries put in it. My meal was not only disgusting , it had some foreign object in it, looked like a sweet and low packet. The waitress was very nice and fast. I would rather have pd her the whole price of the disgusting meal than pay at the register. I will never eat there again!
Can't beat the food all around. Pies the best too.
