I tried to recommend a caregiver who she didn't even want to consider bc she thought she was too old (60's) for a Night position. She also sent another caregiver I recommended to a client that wanted completely different hours/shift/days from what my she had been told and tried to manipulate her into taking it (despite repeatedly being told she couldn't) bc she didn't want to lose client if she couldn't find anyone.
My Mom was under sharing hearts care at All Seasons in West Bloomfield for the last 7 months. Every caregiver who worked with my Mom was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My Mom loved them all - always said to them "bless you, you are doing Gods work". I highly recommend Sharing Hearts to anyone whos loved one needs extra care/assistance.

Two independent people recommended Sharing Hearts Home Care and Joddy to me for caregiving for our father. From the beginning, she has been responsive, provided great caregivers that dad is happy with, and been flexible and open to conversation. Dad enjoys Joddy’s visits and has expressed his pleasure with the current caregiving plan and team.
I have been a caregiver for close to 9 years an I have professional and personal references and great relationships with my former clients and employers but it was something off an very unprofessional about Joddy Smith. I do not recommend for clients to seek care from her or employees to seek work from her. She is very unprofessional, she talks about her clients badly behind their backs an do the same with her employees.
