Visit was Covid Safe, on schedule and professional. Christy always does a great job. I have been a client in this practice for over 40 years, even before Dr Shapiro joined the practice. I have never had a reason to change practices.
Overall it was a great experience. All staffs are professional, especially the Doctor who was very patient and knowledgeable.
Both the doctor and the team are very professional. Doctor is patient to explain the treatment before he starts. The clinic is neat and clean. Highly recommended!
Very professional & courteous
Great experience. I had a broken tooth and they were able to get me in the next day. I needed a crown and was anticipating a multi-visit ordeal; however, Dr Shapiro has the latest technology and I walked out with the whole procedure completed in a single visit. Great job!
Patients are asked to remain in their cars until appointment time, when they are personally greeted at the door by a staff member. Appropriate COVID precautions are meticulously observed, with all staff using proper PPE. The office is attractive and clean. Dr. Shapiro and his staff are extremely professional and smart, as well as welcoming, personable, caring, and concerned with patient comfort and safety.
