The staff at shape so friendly, helpful and professional there has not been a time that I have not enjoyed going to shapes. I rate this gym a 4 there are a couple of things that are off putting buut nothing to stop me from coming.
This gym is wonderful, the best one I have ever joined. The best thing I have done for myself, which trickles down to everyone I know. I have been dealing with neck, shoulder and severe headache pain for a few years. I had pretty much given up excercising, everything hurt, I could feel my body getting stiffer and stiffer, I was gaining more and more weight.
