Is the best gym this area, has very good machines, the best instructors, as there are different kinds of yoga, zumba and personalized, I'm also happy to be there.
My daughter LaChunia McNeil and granddaughter Tiffany McNeil are both members and they had been trying to get me go with them. So I went with my daughter early one morning and really loved it. The front desk receptionist very pleasant,she explain everything to me and I join the very next day.Really great gym has everything you need. The equipment is well maintained, never over crowded and has a great combination of things... a real gem for working out in this area!

Seven months ago. I joined Shapes for Women in west Bradenton. At that time I was very much over weight and could hardly walk any distance. I am now, down 45 lbs. and 14 inches overall.. They say, " It takes a Village" and I agree.. All of the gals at Shapes have played a roll in my success. The trainers, the owner, the girls at the desk have all in someway helped me get healthier. I have not felt this good in a very long time.. The struggle is real , the work is hard, the rewards are awesome!!! Im getting closer to my goals... read more
