When I first started as a member cleaniness was a problem for me. With new managment in charge there has been a lot of positive improvement. Im not just talking about cleaniness, the new classes, major upgrade on member appreciation day. Shapes fitness has a very bright future, cant wait to see the amazing changes to come.
Fabulous facility with so much to offer. I particularly liked the zumba and water exercise classes. Very well managed with professional staff and trainers. I lost 8 lbs and 7 inches! Wish I had a shapes to go to back north. Thank you for welcoming this snowbird from Pa. I hope to return next year
I love working out there. Lots of classes and pool classes also. Trainers are always willing to help you.
