Ralph and Sam with Shan’s flooring have been great to work with. Found out about Shan’s through a referral from a friend. First, we had carpet installed in bedrooms. They did such a fantastic and affordable job we decided to use them a year later for flooring throughout the rest of the house. Just like the first job everything was done perfect with no complaints. Shans Carpet has the best flooring selection with the best customer service around, Adam and Ralph are great at explaining the difference between SPC, engineered floors and Carpet. I chose Republic floors SPC for my office and loved it.
Just want to give a big shout out to the crew at Shans! Their team was professional, efficient, and courteous! Had our entire house re-carpeted within 6 hours, looks amazing!
I really like this place. Our church was about to order carpet tiles online, but found out this place was local. They beat the internet price and were helpful finding a tile to match carpet. Mark was a very nice man and helped us get the best price on both products. The boss man came in while I was waiting and actually invited me to eat with their team! I was very hungry so it was a great blessing! Will use again for sure!
