Great sales pitch. After a few months, floor started coming off. In one area after 1-2 months and other area around 6 months. Called and called but no one came to fix. I do not recommend or ever trust them again.
We're so glad we found Shans. From the phone call to determine availability through to installation, it was first class all the way. John took an amazing amount of time to help us find exactly the right flooring for a job that was not big, by any means. Installation was done on the day scheduled, efficiently and beautifully executed. Installation by Rosando (?) was top notch and he was as cordial as an old friend. We needed carpet for a house we r selling. Shans gave great info, great price and the installers were Fantastic!!!
