Staff is rude and very unprofessional still have not received updates about a family member who is in the ER and we have tried calling and we were hung up on twice.

my husband was air lifted to Shannon having a heart attack. Shannon got him stabilized and 6 hours later sent him home. No cath lab to see what the problem was. He is home so weak he can't get out of bed. if he dies its on there shoulder. cant believe they did this.

I really have no words for this hospital. One er doctor was unprofessional and who was my soon to be primary doctor was very unprofessional so I had to fire him. If you are going to act like that why be a doctor? Everytime I have to go to the hospital because I have health issues I dread it.

Dr. Ted Hackl, MD and staff have been amazing in taking care of my mother’s cataract surgery and recovery. Her medical conditions required additional attention to which they all provided, including many questions answered (often the same ones) which helped her feel better about the procedure. Thank you all!
