I just had day surgery here last week and it was a great experience. EVERY one was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. They made a potentially scary day run very smoothly and happily for me.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. All I wanted to do was get an update on my mom who was admitted for what we were told was a heart attack. I drove three hours to see her to find out no one can be in the ER with the patient... not the husband, the son, or the daughter. Completely ridiculous. How can the patient speak coherently while having a “heart attack” (which turned out to be the wrong diagnosis by the hospital). How can the doctors be kept accountable by... Continue Reading

There are negatives and positives. I had AMAZING nurses the whole week I was there. Every single nurse was very attentive and had EXCELLENT bedside manner. The negative - my phone in my room didn't work for about 4 of the 7 days I was there, making it difficult to order meals. The shower in my room was broke. we had to tie a rag around the leak to prevent having constant water directly in the face. The hand held shower head did not have a place to hold the shower head so you had to constantly hold it.. Also, the most annoyin... read more

Go somewhere else. I had a horrendous experience with the ER. Admitted myself mid afternoon thinking I was having a heart attack. They ran multiple blood tests, did and EKG, took an xray of my heart, and a CT angiogram (CT was $4200 alone which they did not tell me). After all that the doctor never came in to go over the results! A nurse came in after hours of waiting and said I was discharged, though I said none of the test results had been discussed. She left to check with the doctor and came back saying "he said everythin... read more

I've never really had a bad experience other than sometimes when you're talking to someone on the phone they can be a little rude. Other than that I've had nothing but great people that were kind, patient, understanding and sincere to me. Especially those in the surgical ward.

Business response:

Hello Doug, thank you for your comment! We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve; we also appreciate your kind words! If there's anything we can do for you in the future, we are happy to help!

Their ER is awful! I had an experience this morning with the rudest older woman, dyed red hair, awful. I’ll never go back to that pit again. Computer wasn’t working right so she had to take a bunch of notes and kept messing up what medications I told her I was taking. Dear Lord, that needs to be shut down!!

Business response:
