I was very new to the home selling experience and very nervous to get started. I made phone calls to other agents but it was when I contacted Shannon and she took the time to take me step by step through the process that I knew she was the agent for me. We had heard that Shannon was good. I knew she lived near the area that we were looking for a new home. We called her and started looking at homes immediately. She was always available. We found the one. She immediately put in our offer. We went back and forth a couple of times. She is so attentive. She remembers everything. She did a great job on everything. Would definitely use her again. Shannon did an awesome job.
My wife and I were very indecisive home buyers. Shannon wrote up and did leg work on two contracts that we ultimately decided to forgo. But she stuck by our side, answered our every question, and was there for us every time we wanted to view a home (usually an hour from her office). I couldn’t imagine having a better realtor and would recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a PERSONABLE & KNOWLEDGEABLE realtor. She’s a rockstar!
Shannon sold our house in 3 weeks from listing to closing. She knew the correct listing price and we had 18 showings in 2 days. I cannot imagine any other agent doing all she did. We r very grateful to her and recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.
