Amazing customer service from all staff! Dr. Shannon is so friendly as well. My son is usually anxious when getting any type of dental work, but he was completely relaxed while at this office. Definitely would recommend!
Office girls are great but Dr Shannon is arrogant and talks down to adults as if we're all children not a fan!
We are now in the retainer phase of braces, but could not be more pleased with the journey it took to get here. Each step and expectation was clearly explained as well as all questions answered.
Shannon Ortho is a professional and modern office. My son is almost towards the end of his braces and we have been very happy. The staff is friendly. I don’t have issues making appointments that are convenient to my schedule and they are right on time.
Dr. Shannon and team are so fantastic! They make taking my 3 girls to the orthodontist one of the best experiences! So accommodating when it comes to busy schedules or crazy winter storms that cause unexpected cancellations! Great job! Thank you everyone!!!
He caused more damages to my daughters teeth. she has tons of gaps now and her teeth look worse then before.
