Iy, was amazing they treated my sister so well and we got to See our New peanut !
I was very disappointed yesterday when I had to take my daughter to the Shannon ER......I called an ambulance because she was in very much pain and I knew that we would get a room right away! Well that didn't happen, as they said the beds were all full and they put us out in the lobby! There were about 20 people sitting in the lobby waiting and there was no way she could sit and wait that long! The Triage Nurse, didn't get her name but I will, was really rude! This was a long wait to finally get some relief for her!
Everyone is nice but no one knows what is going on and if they do they want tell me!
The shower in my husband's room looked like a cheap motel room and the furniture was in very bad condition. Hopefully the remodeling we were told about will help. The hospital is barely 36 years old. It shouldn't be in such bad condition. My husband had surgery and was at the hospital for over 8 hours for same day surgery but was only given a ginger ale and 4 crackers. He had been 22 hours with no food or drink! He asked TWICE for water and was ignored. His mouth was so dry he couldn't talk! They shooed him out of the hospit... read more
