I've grown up with a bias about Shannon being the best hospital in San Angelo because my parents worked there, however this weekend has proven that true. At first I was irritated with the service I was transferred from Brown Wood Regional Medical Center to Shannon Medical Center for an ERCP of my bile duct and gallbladder surgery and at first I felt like I was just a fly on the wall that nobody saw and then got admitted and then the service was great they made sure I was comfortable and and got me taken care of quickly and answered all of my questions if I had to go to a hospital again I will definitely go back to SHANNON MEDICAL CENTER

Well I had a run I'm with some nurses. When thy change shifts thy need to make sure the CNA's know wht each patient is required. Especially if thy are on Dialysis, because some patients have graves and can't have Blood Pressure readings on that arm. Please educate them as well as ur RN's and LVN's.....Thank you
