Although we were happy with the everyone in the labor and delivery room, the administration and billing personnel was absolutely horrible. They treated us like we were worthless pieces of trash and did not help at all when it came to making a payment plan. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how horrible that part of our experience was. Shannon needs to fire everyone associated with that part of the hospital and then send the new hires to some sort of training. This experience was down right unexceptable

The staff at Shannon as gone above and beyond to help my mother. From the ER to 4 North to the ICU and finally now to 4 South, everyone has been professional and courteous and very patient with us during such a trying time. And the follow up is amazing.
