My mother was admitted to your hospital on Monday with covid. When i called for an update was told I needed a code. The code was given to my mom who was disoriented and not answering her phone. When i was finally able to get access to the code I was told they only give updates between 2-5 because that floor is so busy. I can't go visit my mom have no clue how her night was and now your policy for 6 North is to only give updates between 2-5 is ridiculous!!!! It takes less than 3 minutes to provide an update. RecommendedSuch amazing place to stay and the staff go beyond and above to help you out!! Such a amazing stay and loving place!!! The nursing staff are so sweet and are amazing!!!
The nursing staff was by and large great. The problem we had was the fact that my husband was in the hospital more than 2 weeks and was only able to take 2 showers. The water in the shower was icy cold even after letting it run more than 15 minutes. Shannon could afford to buy out everything in town but can't afford decent hot water heaters? What's up with that!!??

Recommendedi just want to say thank you for doing what you do. i know some are scared i know the feeling of those long painful, stressful hours. i know your fed up with all that PPE in order to protect your selves, while trying to save our lives. i cannot provide you snacks, drinks, chap stick . only kind thoughts from the heart. your job is one of security, although times like these, some are tested more than others. my hat is off to you with the utmost respect. may god continue to bless you and yours.

Shannon, will you ever learn? Letting go of Dr. Leon because the Haddas twins didn't want him to be a part of Shannon is the evilest and disgusting thing you can ever do. The merger with Community was the worst thing for the community. The patients will have to travel over an hour in any direction for decent healthcare. Shannon Medical is awful and it should be illegal for them to have a monopoly on health care in San Angelo. I went to my Dr (formally with CMA) and they tried to force a Covid test because of new requirements due to Shannon having a new Covid drug they're testing. They tried to refuse me the care I needed in order to further their agenda.
