This is for my grandson, who was on a bipap machine and it kept going off. He was attacked by the nurse and Shannon Hospital and admin won't return my granddaughter's (his wife) phone calls.
Came home from work to a surprise bill from this "hospital". I understand what an estimate is and understand that ED visits cost more than normal office visits. I don't need the exasperated comments from an operator to know these facts. But what I do not understand is how the paid estimate was so desperately lower than the balance due. Very friendly and caring.very helpful and it has great food and great nurse's and doctors.
So where to begin. I went in on 1-5-18 after being in a vehicle accident complaining of the left side of my head & ear hurting and being dizzy. The vehicle accident was around 2pm I checked in at 2:24pm. Pain level at a 5. I sat for 2hrs and hadn’t been seen, by this time the adrenaline wore off and my shoulder and neck were hurting and pain level was a 8. The Er is absolutely awful.. I’m mean awful. I don’t understand why it take so long to be seen. Like hours and hours.
You guys have a racist working for you. Jessica Elizondo works for you and finds it acceptable to use derogatory terms towards other races.
From a delivery driver stand point Shannon has always been good to us. Great tippers besides the ER. They maybe tips 1-2 bucks on 100 dollar ticket most of the time it’s a stiff.. but staff is friendly and most of the Nurses are kind and attentive when I have been a patient .
