RecommendedNurseing staff is great. Billing department is aweful
I just delivered my third baby on Tuesday, my first birth experience here at Shannon. Dr. Wiggins-Smith and all of the nurses during my pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal care were wonderful. Dr. Webb is our pediatrician and also incredible. Mel the anesthesiologist helped me feel so much more comfortable. I wish I could remember every nurse’s name, because every single one was top notch. The billing department is awful. 6 months after one visit my bill increased by 3 times. Paid it and 2 months later owed more. Awful to talk to and not helpful at all. The waiting room was nice but the exam room was disgusting.
Had a procedure done last week and I just want to say I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Amber Moreland. Dr. Moreland and Dr. Pizzola are AWESOME . Thank you to the nurses that took care of me. Darlene, Kat, Norma, and Jill. God Bless ya'll!
Shannon Medical Center is awesome I love everyone there they all go out of their way to help u in any kind of way. i was admitted on Sept. 12th and was released on Sept. 18 I was on 6 North and the nurse Marie went out of her way to make sure I was always smiling and when i needed something she was there. I have to say everyone on 6 North is awesome
I have had more problem since my doctor moved there .I have been getting a shot every 3 months for 5 years .When she was at Community I was able to go in at anytime and be out in 10 minutes .Since moving I wait over an you and now they only do them Tuesday morning and Friday evenings !
