1:12pm 9/22/2019 I'm currently in the ER. Been here since 8am haven't eaten. The guy whom took my ct scan was extremely helpful and patient. I've been practically ignored. My questions was answered but the delivery and tone was off putting. As if I was getting on there nerves.... Pain meds was given but no effect. sitting here still in pain

RecommendedThey took VERY good care of my daughter ! Which included 3 stitches for a 2 1/2 year old for our visit last night! That isn’t easy work and they helped us get her taken care of and on the mend! And we were in and out in which seemed like a half hour! Staff was very on top of it, friendly and very caring and professional! Thank you so much! Five star ⭐️ forsure!

They are suing me because I didn’t pay what insurance didn’t because after my surgery due to their negligence of cleaning their equipment and not knowing got to put in a catheter I became septic and needed emergency surgery. Why would I pay for something the Doctor admittedly said this would not have happened if she would have sent me home with antibiotics. Your lab needs help Badly! Have been sitting here 1 1/2 to get blood drawn and still not in there! It wasn’t this bad till you got Quest! Think you need another option! This is ridiculous
Worst hospital ever. Had me drive over an hour away (suggested by on call doctor and brownwood hospital) just to be forgotten in a room left in pain. Saw a doctor for 2 minutes if that. Then after a ultra sound was told I was being discharged. My fiancé called and told me, because they wouldn’t come back to my room when I hit the call button for 20 or so minutes. Worst hospital ever. They don’t care about you. Had my hysterectomy done at the woman’s and children’s clinic and after surgery was the worst experience ever with l... read more
