First the Jollyville office is hands down the most comfortable space I have ever been in over my 60 years on earth. Haley was so professional, and kind. And Dr. Wong also a cut above, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I have full confidence in my treatment plan!!!
Communication between Austin Eye Center & me (Ed) a retired Canadian living in Belize, Central America was awesome. Communicating via phone was not working but no worries, everything was handled efficiently by email. This place runs smoothly. Everyone is efficient and polite. Dr Wong has vast knowledge and experience. The nurses are kind.

Excellent service, friendly staff, super hi-tech equipment, and the best surgeon in the business.
Dr. Wong took care to listen to all my issues and cared about resolving them.
The office was stunning and the entire staff was personable and professional. Every test was explained as we went. Dr Wong and his assistant were very polite and understood my fears and put me at ease about the procedure and set realistic expectations about my expected outcome.

My appointment today with Dr. Wong and his staff went very well. Before seeing Dr. Wong, numerous tests were conducted on my eyes to check my vision, my eye health, and suitability for cataract surgery. This took about 45 minutes. The staff member conducting the tests also showed us the various types of intra-ocular (IOL) lenses available to me that would also correct my astigmatism.
