Let me be clear, it is the worst doctors office I have ever gone to. They’re never prepared, they have taken since something that was approved in February to be handled today, and yet when I got there, they didn’t even have the item available that they made me come all the way there to get. I have never been a person that wanted to speak to the better Business Bureau. I’m considering it now. The best I can say is flakes. Completely unprofessional. Sad, really. Yes, sad is about as best as I can come up with.
Great detailed appointment. Treated me with care and concern and empathy. Very knowledgeable and understanding.
