When looking for a dentist, I called several offices to determine who would be able to handle my needs and at what cost. After confirming all details via phone with the receptionist of Shanie Covert, I went in and had the work performed EXACTLY as agreed and then confirmed it was exactly as prior agreed to over the phone. Instead of charging the agreed upon rate, the staff person stated that I should not have been given a quote by the receptionist and charged nearly double the agreed upon rate!!!
