I think we have used every service Shangri Paw offers and have been impressed with every single one- DIY dogwash, grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding. The facility is always clean. The staff is fantastic- caring, attentive, and always give a debriefing of my dog Zeke's stay. Despite his separation anxiety on overnight visits, Zeke is always still excited to pull into the parking lot at Shangri Paw. What a great peace of mind to have found a place my dog loves with a staff full of people I trust!
I took Miss Molly there 2x to be groomed, both times she came back beautiful. Super nice folks and they treated Miss Molly like a princess. I have not had to board her yet, but that's where she will stay if I need to. Thank you all for taking good care of my very furry baby!
I just had one of the most horrible customer service experiences in my life. I can't say anything bad in reference to the service I received from the groomer. However, the owner was rude, obnoxious, and has a total disregard for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and loyalty. I caution anyone who would consider using their services to be weary of any potential encounter with the owner of this establishment. We have used Shangri-paw for years. They are a great company. We have dogs with special needs and they always take excellent care of them.
As a volunteer at a local animal shelter, Shangri-Paw has helped us on numerous occasions. Always willing to lend a generous helping hand and their expertise. They take their time to get to know their clients, both animal and human, and provide an invaluable service. You can trust Shangri-Paw with your furbabies!
Took our dog here to be groomed and to spend one night while we went to San Antonio and were so pleased at the job they did on his grooming and care he received. We've had Buddy almost 5 years and got him as a shelter dog who doesn't like other dogs. We were so relieved to hear that he did great. Boarding and grooming was LESS than what we pay for grooming alone at Petsmart. We will definitely be back.
I've been caring for my daughter's two canines for the past six months. I've brought them to the wonderful folks at Shangri-Paw in Harker Heights twice for their baths. On each visit, I've found their facility in top notch order, clean and attractive-looking. Their entire staff are great with these dogs and upon pickup, they looked and smelled great!
