The front desk staff was friendly, and they were able to get us a grooming appointment within 2 days. I wasn't impressed with the price though. We have a yellow lab, and ended up paying $70. Also, we weren't crazy on his nail trim. They were super rough and got stuck in our carpet so we had to file.
By far the best groomers I have ever been to (including all the other duty stations in the past)! They took the time to warm up to my dog so he wasn't as scared, they were patient with him during the whole process (my dog isn't an easy one to groom and he needed extra love from being lost outside). When I picked him up he was a brand new dog, they figured out how I wanted his coat cut without me even giving much direction and even with all the mess in his fur! We took Xena and Booboo for a nail trim and bath today, awesome customer service. The owner Dave is great and super friendly and helpful. Dillon, who did the nail trim is super nice and patient. It is a great place to go to bath your fur babies, they even offer Military discounts. We love this place.
I love Shangra Paw. We take our beauty there to use the self wash feature. It is very handy to be able to wash my baby, condition, brush, dry, and even spritz her with cologne just like the higher priced groomers, for about $20.00!
