Just picked up my puppy from his first mini groom and it was a pretty terrible experience. The girl seemed confused what I wanted so because I didn’t want anything off the body they said I could just drop in and do ala cart. Ringing up what would usually be a puppy groom like that (sani trim, nail and paw trim, and face trim) was $75! I could have gotten a full groom anywhere else. I do not trust this shop at all because they lack the cleanliness needed to protect the fur babies and their owners, all they seem to care about is making money. My fur baby is just like my child to me. Chances are high that you & your furbaby will get sick going here. I don't recommend this place.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we can't find any client with your name in our system, nor do we have a record of your visit. That aside, we strive to meet the highest level of cleanliness possible, in keeping with best practices in our industry. These practices were already more stringent than those recommended by the state for reopening post SARS-II (COVID-19), and we have yet to hear of a dog or human contracting an illness from our facility.

My dog just got groomed for the first time. She has never been before. They answered all of my questions via Facebook at first. When we arrived the staff was so kind. They all petted her and let her warm up! When I picked her up she was so happy! She fell in love with the staff 😍 their prices are very reasonable and affordable! She will be coming back! She smells amazing as well ☺️
I've been taking my 3 furbabies there for almost 2 years. The staff is doing a great job and I know my doggies are in good hands with them.
My husband and I went today with our German Shepherd to use the self serve dog wash and WOW! The velocity dryer alone makes it worth it! Bath time was so easy. The soaps smelled nice and I like that they offer different perfumes and brushes to use as well. I cannot say enough good about that dryer though! It was amazing. We will definitely be back in the future because of how nice and convenient it made bath time!
They knew how to make my dog comfortable! Friendly staff
I love how Meghan takes care of CoCo. He is my service dog and I love him so much. I just don’t want to relocate him any where else, because Meghan has figured CoCo out and has connected with him. And she works with me to groom CoCo exactly how “ I “ want him groomed. Meghan gives CoCo individual attention as if no other dog exists. She is never in a hurry and she is always reliable... We brought our year and a half old Golden Retriever, Beau, to Shangri-Paw back in October. He had never been to a groomer and I was nervous on how he would react and how he would look whenever we picked him up! Happy to report the groomer did a FANTASTIC job and we’ve been returning ever since! The office staff is very friendly and the groomer came out and explained exactly what services she would be providing! They also provide a festive tie or bandana which is a cute touch! Highly recommend!
