I went in the other day sort of confused about whether I wanted to go with highlights or color or short or not so short but all I know is, I'm dealing with a lot of my life right now and i needed a change. I made an appointment here to see Andrea a couple of weeks ago on my day off for a cut. I came at my scheduled appointment time and she was blowdrying a customer. I waited 20 min. to be told that she would be another 10 min (meaning I would be delayed 30 min at the least), then when I asked what was going on (she had another client in foils) she said she didn't schedule my appointment. She then asked to reschedule, and when I asked if this would happen again (taking someone else over me) she said she couldn't be certain. WTF... read more
RecommendedI have been going to the Shampoo Bar since they opened in 2000 when I was 8 years old in a bridal party. Andrea has done anything and everything to my hair and brings it back to life when I make bad decisions 😂 I will always recommend her as well as the other girls who do a phenomenal job on their clients, I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
I have been going to Andrea the owner for 13 years. Always left there happy. I highly recommend the shampoo bar.
I love the shampoo bar, Andrea has been my hairdresser for Before she had the shop, my granddaughter called me last week who is 14 years old and said Grandma can you make an appointment with Andrea I need my haircut 3rd generation. she does a excellent job. You feel and look great, all the girls over there are excellent, they know what they're doing and they listen and understand what you want.
I was just part of a bridal party that Shampoo Bar styled and each and every girl looked amazing! Not only did we all LOVE our hair but the staff was so warm and inviting and took the time to understand what we actually wanted and worked on us until we got it just right. Definitely recommend them!!!
